SURREY 2016 NEEDS YOUR HELP

Want to help hundreds of young women's dreams come true?  Your support will allow young women from developing nations to travel to Canada and participate in the 2016 WBSC XV Women's World Softball Championship, taking place July 15 to 24 in Surrey, BC.

Some of these women have never left their home country. Others have been discouraged from playing sports. Our goal is to provide them with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to represent their nation at an international championship.

The 2016 Championships are expected to be the largest Women's World Softball Championship ever held - and the largest international single sport team event in Canadian history. To make it possible for teams from developing nations to take part in the Championship, the Surrey 2016 Host Organizing Committee must foot the bill for accommodations, meals, local transport, and other hosting expenses. Costs can easily add up to more than $25,000 per team.
